Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to take it back with NO RESTOCK FEE.  All we require is that you return the item, unused, in its original box within 30 days of our shipping your merchandise.

Returning Merchandise
Here’s how it works:

  • You have 30 days from the date we shipped the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  Returned Items without a valid RMA number will be refused.  The item must be in original NEW condition in which you received it, with all original packaging.
  • All parts must be complete, undamaged, and unassembled (this includes putting bindings on the board: it scratches the board).
  • Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, tags, and any parts and attachments
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
  • If you order anything that qualifies for free shipping, and then you decide to return the item(s), you will only receive a refund equal to the cost of the item minus the shipping charges.
  • Does not include CLEARANCE items.
  • All warranties must go through the manufacturer.

To return an item, please do the following:

Email our customer service department at returns@pfpowder.com and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or call our Customer Service department at 714-547-7479.  The (RMA) number is required for all returned merchandise.  Your email must contain the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name that the order was placed under and address
  • A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours
  • The item you would like to return
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • A request for either an exchange or a refund

*Damaged or used products cannot be returned.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.  Ship the item back to PFPOWDER (address below) via insured ground service.  You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Your credit card will be refunded (less any applicable shipping fees) within 5 days upon receiving your returned merchandise.  Please note that you credit card issuer may take additional time to return the funds to your account.

Please follow the steps below for an exchange:

  1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style please email returns@pfpowder.com .  Please include the following information in your email.
    • Your order number
    • Name that the order was placed under and address
    • A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours
    • The item you would like to return
    • A detailed description of the exchange requested
  1. After receiving your email, we will assign you with an RMA number to have the item shipped back.  When we receive the information for the item you would like to exchange for, we will check availability, and if there is a price difference we will contact you for payment information to refund or charge the difference.   The customer will also receive a request of payment for reshipment of new product.  The exchanged item will be shipped prior to receiving the returned item but it will be charged as a new item and the customer will be credited to their account once the returned item is received by us.
  1. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to PFPOWDER in its original condition including all tags. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For orders over $75 shipping within the lower 48 states, we offer FREE shipping (make sure to select Economy in the Shopping Cart)

Products sent under our default shipping service will either be sent via USPS or UPS depending on the location and items being purchased.

Economy Shipping orders will be processed within 24 hours after the order is placed.  Economy Shipping takes 7-14 business days.

Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 24 hours upon purchase, and an authorization will be taken upon your credit card for the amount of the order.  For your protection as well as ours, we reserve the rights to contact the telephone number on file with your credit card issuer to verify the order.

The majority of products will be shipped within 2 business days.  If for any reason we cannot ship your order within this time, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied on your order, and further information will be provided accordingly.

Once the item is shipped, we will email you a verification of shipment with a tracking number so that you may follow your package.

Damaged Shipments
We ship all orders securely packed in sturdy packaging.  However, from time to time, items may be damaged in transit.  Therefore, you must inspect your shipment for damage before accepting it.  If damage is evident, be sure to open the box and thoroughly inspect your item prior to accepting the shipment.  If you discover shipping damage after you have accepted a shipment you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
